In December 2003, Knology launched a new Web Mail feature for its Internet customers. This new feature allows you to check and send messages, via the World Wide Web, just by logging onto http://webmail.iw.net or http://webmail.rushmore.com and entering your username and password.

Not only can you log in from anywhere with an Internet connection, but you get many of the same features your Knology e-mail account offers. Knology Web Mail offers a customizable address book, 50MB of storage space, a 25MB e-mail attachment transfer limit, the ability to setup e-mail groups, establish signature files, create stationary, and spell check your messages. Knology Web Mail even allows you to check and send mail from your external accounts such as Yahoo, Hot Mail, or another Internet Service Provider.

The best part of Knology Web Mail is that it’s free to all Knology Internet customers!
