Pay-per-View Purchase Code Setup - Parental Controls

Have you ever wondered, "How do I set up Pay-Per-View Purchase Codes on my Knology Set-Top Box (STB)?" Here's how it works...With the TV on channel 4, press the Cable button at the top of the Knology remote and follow the procedure below

1. Press the MENU button on the remote, then press MENU once again

2. Use the blue arrow buttons to move the highlighted cursor to SETUP.

3. Move the highlighted cursor to PINs Setup

4. Move the highlight to the second box down, To clear, enter current Purchase PIN

5. Now you have the option to enter a new 4 digit purchase pin, the default purchase pin that was first entered at the install is 1234.
