To make things even simpler, we have changed our late payment policy. We are no longer awarding service discounts only when payments are made on time. If you are currently receiving a discount on your service, you will continue to receive this discount every month - no matter when your payment is received. For late payments, we have established a new late payment fee of 1.5 percent or $5 per month (whichever is greater) for outstanding account balances not received on or before the due date.
